Valerie Bertinelli

Valerie Anne Bertinelli (born April 23rd, 1960)[2] is an American actress. In her teen years, Bertinelli gained fame as Barbara Cooper Royer, a character she played on the popular comedy One Day at a Time. She won the show two Golden Globe Awards in this part for the Best Actress in television Film, Miniseries and Series. In the following years she started to make waves as an adult in the series Touched by an Angel 2001-2003 as well as Melanie Moretti in the sitcom Hot in Cleveland 2010-2015. In the latter, she was awarded an Screen Actors Guild Award. In 2012, she was awarded an honorary star in the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Bertinelli signed a new deal with Food Network in December 2021. She has been hosting numerous shows for Food Network such as Valerie's kitchen (2015-2023) as well as the Kids Baking Championships (2015-present). It was the latter received two Daytime Emmy Awards out of six nominees. Bertinelli's new deal was signed by Food Network on December 20 20, 2021. Bertinelli married rocker Eddie Van Halen between 1981 and 2007, she had one child with him, Wolfgang. The couple was together for a time with Tom Vitale from 2011 to 2022.
